‘Bomber jackets,’ as we’ve come to refer to them today, were originally known as ‘flight jackets’ and were created by the US Army Aviation Clothing Board in 1917 to keep WWI pilots warm in the uninsulated, open-air cockpits of the early fighter planes.

This jacket comes with Recycled Thermo-Guard® insulation. Internally, it has orange quilted polyester taffeta lining. It is waterproof with taped seams, Ribbed collar, cuffs and hem.

A Full length zip with chin guard and inner zip guard, plus Inner security zip pocket, left sleeve zip pocket, Two slanted front pockets and concealed zip access for decoration.

Available in 3 colours including Dark Khaki, Navy Blue and Black.
